Since you're here - I'm assuming you want to or are trying to lose weight. It's no big secret - the key to weight loss success is a healthy diet with regular exercise. We all know that - but what are we doing about it? Probably 9 out of 10 people reading this are doing nothing to improve their health and lose weight.
